Random Cat is now a regular visitor to this restaurant: waiting outside the back door in the morning, and sauntering idly to the food bowl of an evening. Once he has eaten his fill, it’s off over the gate again, to do whatever a tom has to do during the day.

Since I put in a cat-door in the window, Hemi the neighbor cat is often sleeping on our couch when I get up in the morning. It’s okay though, she’s a sweety. Despite having a tag/collar, nobody in the neighborhood seems to know who she belongs to. It’s a mystery.
