MS Access, Web and SQL Server Development

(some of the)things I have done

Current Designing and building an application to manage employee relocation and corporate rentals. I am replacing n+1 legacy applications with a single, scalable application that will serve the needs of the entire business. This software is being developed using Microsoft SQL Server and PHP, with various whizzy things being provided by mootools, jquery et al.
March 2007 I spent time at weekends writing a database application for the admin department of a London Borough Council who were having trouble with a twisty maze of spreadsheets. I don't normally undertake projects outside my day job, but this was for a friend who inherited the mess :) His boss did pay me though, which was unexpected and nice.
January 2006 Improved the internal IT ticket management system with a variety of features including greater automation and reporting, as well as restructuring the support ticket system. As part of the progression towards greater transparency, I have published real-time ticket/project status reports on our corporate intranet.
June 2005 to date I am currently maintaining an array of small to medium applications, all to do with relocating employees, or managing corporate rentals. I aim to replace all of these with one company-wide application.
2005 Wrote customer account management/invoicing application for producing and managing invoices created by downloading sales transactions from the mainframe computer
2004 Designed and built an application for booking deliveries of stock into a distribution centre. The stock information was pulled from the mainframe computer at purchase-order level, and then allowed the users to book the individual items on that PO to individual time slots.
2004 Replaced several paper/email based systems with ASP web applications that fed data into SQL Server databases, to facilitate the flow of information and elimate redundant manual processing
2004 Upscaled a bank account reconciliation application to SQL Server from MS Access, re-writing most of the code, and restructuring the tables in the process. I managed to use the same screens, so the users didn't notice any change, except for increased performance and reliability.
